
1. Our Agreement
When you book, a contract is made in confirmation. You must sign a booking form which is your commitment to pay for the rest of your holiday. We will send you an invoice the day after you have made the booking.
You should check this carefully to confirm that is matches what you booked. You must make a deposit at the time you make your booking and pay the rest to us eight weeks before you leave.
Failing this we reserve the right to cancel your booking and forfeit your deposit. The person confirming the booking with us/or signing the booking form
accepts responsibility for paying for all the people on the booking. They are also responsible for keeping everyone in the party informed of the booking details.
2. What your holiday includes
- Coach travel to and from the resort
- Accommodation, meals, treatment as described
- Services of Magrom Health Spa representative or agent at the holiday resort
3. What is not included
- Air tickets and airport charges
- Holiday insurance.
- Use of safety deposit boxes in hotels unless otherwise specified.
- Use of local resorts transport unless otherwise specified.
4. Formalities
All problems should be reported to our representatives at the holiday centre immediately so that they can be dealt with whenever possible on the spot.
There is a number on your itinerary that can be reached 24 hours a day or your hotel will have a list of times when your representative will be available.
5. Resident Representatives
Contact details for your representative are shown on your holiday itinerary.
A Magrom Health Spa appointed representative will meet you at the airport on your arrival and take you to your resort.
Your welcome pack gives details of the representative's visiting hours, information about the resort and its facilities and sights of special interest.
All excursions should be booked through your representative, who can recommend those of particular interest and value and must be paid for in cash.
